It’s one thing to make buyers feel visualizing themselves in your home, it’s another when staging actually gets the home sold. Twenty-eight percent of sellers’ agents said there are decreases in market time when the home is staged.

Not only can staging decrease the time of the market, but it can also get sellers more money. The 2019 Profile of Home Staging found that 44% of buyers’ agents said staged homes have an increase of selling price, with 25% stating it can increase the price between 1-5%.
